We will spend the weeks in Lent reading, studying and discussing a modern approach on the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius Loyola following Tim Muldoon's book, "Ignatian Workout, Daily Spiritual Exercises for a Healthy Faith". This study presents St. Ignatius’s wisdom in today’s language—as a daily program of “workouts” to achieve spiritual fitness, tailored to people with busy schedules. It shows us how to recognize and respond to a God who is already at work in us, inviting us into a deeper relationship and into richer lives of love and service. An introduction to the exercises will be outlined and subsequent workouts presented for the coming week. On following Sundays we will review and discuss the previous week's progress and consider the week ahead. So come on and join us!
